Pluristem Reaches Licensing Pact With United Therapeutics from WSJ.com: This morning Pluristem and United Therapeutics entered into an exclusive licensing agreement. United Therapeutics will commercialize the Israel-based company's treatment for pulmonary hypertension, and Pluristem willl receive milestones of up to $55 million plus royalties.

I was fortunate to act for United Therapeutics on this transaction. The eleven hour time difference between Haifa and Vancouver probably aided negotiations, since no one wanted to be on the phone for too long...
